Engineer arrived on time explained what was required and then fitted the ariel and tested. very polite and informative,

Very professional although nothing could be done due to the equipment being so old he advised us with the best way to get sky to update us to a new platform which was invaluable to us as pensioners were not tech savvy and best of all no charge or call out fee couldn t recommend them more highly
